Caleb's Hair

Like father like son. When Josh was young, he used to spend a lot of time in front of the mirror fixing his hair. He had a wave that went from one side of his head to the other... (I wish I had a picture!) He would use hairspray and work it until it was just right. Now... Caleb is taking after his dad!

This is what he does every morning before he goes to school. He fixes each individual hair until it is perfect. Then, after much kicking and screaming, he is forced by his parents to put his stocking cap on to go out into the winter weather. "But Mooommmm.... I don't want to wear a hat. It will mess up my hair!"

Josh has started teaching a Bible class at the International University. Two times each week, he wears a suit and tie. The other day, I said to Caleb, "I think that I am going to like Daddy teaching this class." Caleb asked why, and I said, "Because he looks so handsome in his suit." I asked Caleb if he agreed and he said, "No. Not at all. I would NEVER wear my hair like that!"
It was so funny!

That is hilarious! I love, love, love it!

this brings back some memories...
the hair, the determination, and a hint of stubborness?

Caleb is funny. You think Cotter will get into the hair stuff too?
